LEGO has officially revealed LEGO Icons 10323 – PAC-MAN Arcade which will be available on June 4, 2023 for everyone, but VIPs get early access starting June 1, 2023. This epic looking set contains 2651 pieces and comes with one minifigure!
This awesome PAC-MAN Arcade is packed with an impressive number of details and a really cool mechanism. The set contains a light brick to illuminate the coin slot, brick built versions of Pac-Man, Clyde, and Blinky on the top of the cabinet, and while it isn’t a functional game you can simulate the chase with the really well done mechanical maze. Other details that really jump out for me are the great touches on the cabinet itself. There is a great title image and text across the top of the cabinet, excellent side images with Pac-Man and a ghost as well as stylized Pac-Man text, and even some impressive images around the joystick portion of the cabinet. While I’m sure that most if not all of these details will be done with stickers I think they add a level of polish and realism that is impressive to see and really makes this a must have set for arcade and LEGO fans! One other detail that is worth noting is that you can build a mini scene of a minifigure playing PAC-MAN that you can then store inside the back of the cabinet. Also, with the back of the cabinet open you can also appreciate the inner workings of the game mechanism as well which is a nice touch.
Overall this looks to be an amazing addition to the LEGO Icons lineup and it is sure to be a hit with fans. I am personally looking forward to both building this set and having it on display in my LEGO room as it will definitely be an awesome display piece. As I mentioned before this set will be available for everyone starting June 4th, but if you are a LEGO VIP you can get the set in the early access period starting June 1st so it is definitely a good time to become a LEGO VIP if you aren’t already.
