New LEGO Modular Instructions By Brickative (Witchcraft Square)

Brickative has released instructions for a new LEGO modular building called Witchcraft Square. This impressive new modular takes up a 32×48 stud footprint and was designed by Agata. The modular consists of a witchcraft shop, shoemaker’s, and wafer kiosk with noteworthy details including a sculpture, old well, and a clock tower. The total piece count required for this impressive build is 4742. It is worth noting that Brickative builds often require a number of rare pieces, but there are usually ways around that if you are unable to get some of those pieces.

I really enjoy the level of detail that Brickative brings to their impressive models. I find the architectural style they go for to be quite distinct and their buildings would make great additions to any LEGO city! It is also worth noting that I have found the instructions for their models to be well laid out and easy to follow. When you buy instructions from them they also include part lists that can be easily entered into Bricklink for quick and painless part ordering. I have included a link below for this modular on their website, but I recommend checking out some of the other impressive builds in their online shop as well.
