Awesome Captain Rex Helmet And DC-17 Blaster Pistol Available From Bricker Builds
Bricker Builds has released instructions for a redesigned Captain Rex helmet as well as a new DC-17 Blaster Pistol on their website! Both of these models look really impressive, but let’s start by looking at the Captain Rex helmet first.
This amazing helmet requires 3,649 parts and contains a number of great details including tally marks on the side of the helmet that are both well integrated and eye catching! I am also a big fan of the work they have done on the antenna as it is quite streamlined and fits in naturally with the rest of the helmet. Overall I appreciate the attention to detail that Bricker Builds has put into this model and how they have managed to create a realistic looking helmet that would be an awesome display piece for any Star Wars fan!
The DC-17 Blaster Pistol is a unique model that would look great in a display with the Captain Rex helmet. The instructions have you build two of them (372 parts for each blaster) for displaying on either side of the helmet. The instructions also include an optional stand that you can build for display purposes (111 parts for each stand). The feature that stands out the most to me on the blaster pistol is that it has a working trigger mechanism which is very cool and I can’t wait to see how that is done! Overall this model is unlike anything I have seen before and looks to be a fun build!
