Adam’s Brick Junction

Brickmania has released two new digital instruction sets for sale on their website. The digital instructions they have added this week are the 2 1/2 Ton Cargo Truck + Add-Ons (designed by Cody Osell) and Stalin’s Sledgehammer (designed by Cody Osell). Both of these models are really impressive, but my favorite has to be the Stalin’s Sledgehammer. I always enjoy the great variety that Brickmania has in their models and they have done a really great job of recreating this famous artillery piece from World War II. The Stalin’s Sledgehammer was a M1931 (B-4) 203mm Howitzer and was given its nickname by German soldiers based on how it devastated German bunkers and other fortifications along the Eastern Front. I really appreciate all the details around not only the gun itself, but also the combination of tracks and wheels on the base of this weapon that were used to move it around on the battlefield. If you don’t already have these awesome models in your collection it is definitely worth checking them out! In addition to the instructions there are also sticker packs and special parts (BrickArms and otherwise) available for purchase so you can complete these models in all of their glory.
