New Brickmania Digital Instructions (3/16)
Brickmania has released two new digital instruction sets for sale on their website. The digital instructions they have added this week are the SB2C Helldiver (designed by Cody Osell) and the Natasha (Seabees Bulldozer) (designed by Daniel Siskind). Both of these models are really impressive, but my favorite is definitely the SB2C Helldiver.
The SB2C Helldiver is a dive bomber that was used by the United States Navy during World War II. According to the Wikipedia page on the SB2C Helldiver it was also known as the A-25 Shrike and was a carrier-based bomber for the United States Navy. Despite a number of issues this aircraft became the main dive bomber and attack aircraft on USN carriers by the end of the Pacific War. The details that really stand out for me on the model are the two great cockpit enclosures, the wing shape and design, and the excellent coloring of the model. There is also a great sticker pack that you can purchase separately for the model (tap here to view it in the Brickmania store) that includes some great additional details.
If you don’t already have these awesome models in your collection it is definitely worth checking them out! In addition to the instructions there are also sticker packs and special parts (BrickArms and otherwise) available for purchase so you can complete these models in all of their glory.
