LEGO Technic 42143 – Ferrari Daytona SP3 Coming June 1
LEGO has officially revealed LEGO Technic 42143 – Ferrari Daytona SP3 which will be available starting June 1, 2022!
This LEGO Technic set contains 3778 pieces and is an awesome addition to the LEGO Ultimate Car Concept series! There are a ton of amazing details to see across this car, but the first one that really jumps out for me is how well they have recreated the distinctive back end of the Ferrari Daytona SP3. The designers have done a really amazing job with the interleaved black and red lines that make up the back end as well as the curves leading into there from the top of the car. Some of the other amazing features packed into this model include steering, a V12 engine, an 8-speed sequential gearbox with paddle shifter, opening butterfly doors, a removable roof and shock absorbers. I also appreciate the inclusion of a display plate to go with the car when it is on display. The finished model ends up measuring over 5.5 in. (14 cm) high, 23 in. (59 cm) long and 9.5 in. (25 cm) wide.
