Awesome Gas Station Modular Now Available From Brickative
Brickative has released a new instruction set on their website for an awesome looking LEGO Gas Station modular! This impressive looking modular is an alternate build of LEGO Monkie Kid 80036 – The City Of Lanterns that requires an additional 51 pieces to complete.
This modular requires a 32×32 stud baseplate to sit on and consists of 1705 pieces. I really like the U-shaped awning that the designer (Lukasz Libuszewski) has over top of the gas station on the main floor. The coloring of the awning looks great, the awning has some excellent pillars by the gas pumps that are helping to hold it up, and it gives an interesting opportunity for a sign to be mounted on top of the awning. The gas station modular is also home to a small restaurant which has a great looking sign mounted up on the building facade for it. Overall I’m very impressed with how well the designer has been able to lay out the coloring for each floor in a very consistent manner given the part constraints they were working from.
I’m always really impressed with alternate builds of existing sets and this is definitely an excellent one. Overall this latest modular instruction set from Brickative is very impressive and I will definitely be looking into building this for our LEGO City!
