New Brickmania Digital Instructions (7/13)

Brickmania has released two new digital instruction sets for sale on their website. The digital instruction sets they have added this week are the T-18M (designed by Katya Hodgson) and the M46 Patton (designed by Cody Osell). Both of these models look really impressive, but my personal favorite out of these two is definitely the M46 Patton.
According to the Wikipedia page for the M46 Patton it was an “American medium tank designed to replace the M26 Pershing and M4 Sherman”. The M46 Patton was apparently “one of the U.S Army’s principal medium tanks of the early Cold War, with models in service from 1949 until the mid-1950s”. The details that initially jump out for me with this model are the overall shape of the tank (especially the main turret and tread/wheel area), the excellent color scheme and sticker combination, and the great texture/shapes the designer has achieved at the back of the tank. Brickmania also offers a sticker pack for the M46 Patton that you can purchase separately from the model instructions (tap here to view it in the Brickmania store) that includes some great additional details.
If you don’t already have these awesome models in your collection it is definitely worth checking them out! In addition to the instructions there are also sticker packs and special parts available for purchase so you can complete these models in all of their glory.
