New Brickmania Digital Instructions (8/31)

Brickmania has released two new digital instruction sets for sale on their website. The digital instruction sets they have added this week are the 2K22 Tunguska (designed by Cody Osell) and the Su-27S Flanker-B (designed by Daniel Siskind). Both of these models look really impressive, but my personal favorite out of these two is definitely the Su-27S Flanker-B!
According to the Wikipedia page for the Sukhoi Su-27 it was a “Soviet-origin twin-engine supermaneuverable fighter aircraft designed by Sukhoi” that was “intended as a direct competitor for the large United States fourth-generation fighters such as the Grumman F-14 Tomcat and McDonnell Douglas F-15 Eagle”. Apparently the Sukhoi Su-27 was “designed for air superiority missions, and subsequent variants were able to perform almost all aerial warfare operations”. Brickmania’s aircraft designs are always quite impressive and the Su-27S is no different. The details that jump for me in particular with this aircraft are the excellent color scheme, the excellent shape of the cockpit and nose cone, the air-to-air missile loadout, and the fact that the model includes working rudders and ailerons as well as functional landing gear! Brickmania also offers a sticker pack for the Su-27S that you can purchase separately from the model instructions (tap here to view it in the Brickmania store) that includes some great additional details.
If you don’t already have these awesome models in your collection it is definitely worth checking them out! In addition to the instructions there are also sticker packs and special parts available for purchase so you can complete these models in all of their glory.
