LEGO Technic 42158- NASA Mars Rover Perseverance Coming August 1st In North America
LEGO has officially revealed LEGO Technic 42158 – NASA Mars Rover Perseverance which will be available on August 1, 2023 in North America (it appears this set will be available June 1, 2023 in Europe)!
This set contains 1132 pieces and is packed with features that allow builders to learn about Perseverance and its companion helicopter Ingenuity! Like it’s real world counterpart the rover has an articulated suspension for traveling across uneven surfaces, 360° steering, and movable arms. The product page for this set also mentions an AR app that will allow builders to learn more about the NASA mission.
Overall this looks to be an amazing new set with lots of functionality that should also be an excellent display piece. I also really like the fact that we are getting a space themed set in the Technic line and I expect it will be quite popular due to the theme and how cool it looks!
