New Brickmania Digital Instructions (6/22)

Brickmania has released two new digital instruction sets for sale on their website. The digital instruction sets they have added this week are the Semovente Da 75/18 – Self Propelled Gun (designed by Yitzy Kasowitz) and the Carro Armato M13/40 – Italian Medium Tank (designed by John Canepa). Both of these models look awesome, but my personal favorite out of the two models is definitely the Carro Armato M13/40.

According to the Wikipedia page for the Carro Armato M13/40 it “was an Italian World War II tank designed to replace the M11/39 in the Italian Army at the start of World War II” and “was the primary tank used by the Italians throughout the war”. Apparently the “design was influenced by the British Vickers 6-Ton and was based on the modified chassis of the earlier M11/39”. The first details that really jump out for me with this model are the tan color scheme (which is authentic to this tank and looks great) as well as the shape and texture of the turret and surrounding areas. Brickmania also offers a sticker pack for the Carro Armato M13/40 that you can purchase separately from the model instructions (tap here to view it in the Brickmania store) that includes some great additional details.

If you don’t already have these awesome models in your collection it is definitely worth checking them out! In addition to the instructions there are also sticker packs and special parts available for purchase so you can complete these models in all of their glory.
