Awesome Townhouse Toys Center Modular Now Available From Brickative
Brickative has released instructions for a new LEGO modular building called Townhouse Toys Center. This impressive new modular takes up a 32×32 stud footprint and was designed by Łukasz Libuszewski. The main section of the modular is a LEGO exhibition with a wide variety of microscale LEGO builds on display which looks to be quite impressive. Around the exhibition portion of the building there is also a small café as well as a spa and a hairdresser. The total piece count required for this impressive build is 3419.
I really enjoy the level of detail that Brickative brings to their impressive models. I find the architectural style they go for to be quite distinct and their buildings would make great additions to any LEGO city! It is also worth noting that I have found the instructions for their models to be well laid out and easy to follow. When you buy instructions from them they also include part lists that can be easily entered into Bricklink for quick and painless part ordering.
